David joined bk plus as a Partner in 2025 and is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 18 years’ experience as a restructuring and insolvency professional. During his career, David has been involved in several complex insolvencies, including the long term trading of both a shopping centre business and a retirement village and care home charity.

Additionally, he has a range of experience in sectors including hotels and leisure, construction, and retail. David also deals with solvent liquidations, helping business owners to maximise value upon exit. David leads our team in Scotland, working closely with colleagues nationally and helping our SME clients, often working with existing advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders to navigate complex situations.
