I manage a team of six in the Bromsgrove office’s personal tax department, ensuring every client receives a prompt, accurate and professional service.

We provide tailored support on tax, National Insurance and benefits matters, primarily for foster carers, as well as their friends and family. I also deliver talks to clients about our services, their obligations as foster carers, and the benefits they may be entitled to claim.

I have more than 35 years of experience in tax, National Insurance and benefits. Before joining bk plus in 2016, I spent 25 years in the civil service, working across the Department for Work and Pensions, HMRC and Jobcentre Plus. Since joining the business, I have progressed to Tax Department Manager.
