Calvin Bond is a Corporate Finance Partner at bk plus, leading the firm’s Scottish deal advisory offering from the Glasgow office. He advises SMEs, owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed businesses and private equity clients on acquisitions, business sales, growth funding and strategic shareholder planning.

Calvin brings extensive experience from both regional advisory firms and London-based accountancy practices, advising clients across the UK on acquisitions, disposals, raising debt and equity finance, financial due diligence, financial modelling and valuations. Many of the transactions he has worked on have involved international acquirers and private equity investors.

While he has particular experience across the healthcare, professional services and business services sectors, Calvin works with businesses across a broad range of industries, providing commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s ambitions and growth plans.
