Tom Parry, MA, ACCACorporate Finance Partner

Tom Parry leads the Corporate Finance team at bk plus, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise and international experience. A Chartered Accountant with a background in tertiary education, Tom specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions, as well as raising capital within the mid-market.

He has successfully led both sell-side and buy-side transactions involving private limited companies, private equity investors, and publicly listed companies. While the majority of his work has been UK-based, he has also executed cross-border deals in France, Germany, Japan, and the United States.

Prior to joining bk plus, Tom worked at a leading London & Birmingham-based corporate finance boutique, and at Hazlewoods, a top-six UK corporate finance team by volume, where he served as a senior manager. His earlier career includes nearly five years in audit, as well as a period as a teaching fellow, lecturing in Economics and International Business across South Korea, China, and the Middle East.

Academically, Tom holds an undergraduate degree from Manchester, a postgraduate certificate from the University of Cambridge and had his master’s thesis published. His achievements have been recognised through accolades such as the West Midlands Dealmakers Mid-Market Deal of the Year and being part of the team nominated for South West Dealmakers Team of the Year.
