We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Herberts as a Director within our restructuring and insolvency practice, further developing our capacity to support businesses and individuals across a wide range of situations.
Peter is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience, gained across both national practices and boutique firms.
He joins the team led by David Griffiths and is based at our Sheffield office. He will lead on restructuring and insolvency work across the North of England, assisting individuals and companies in various stressed and distressed situations.
Peter said: “Insolvency and restructuring work is rarely straightforward, and no two situations are quite the same. Some clients come to me with a clear idea of what they need. Others want to talk through all of the options before they make any decisions. Either way, my starting point is always the same: how can I help?
“What I’ve found over the years is that the sooner someone picks up the phone, the more we can do. Early advice opens up options that simply aren’t available further down the line, whether that’s finding an informal solution, restructuring the business, or managing a formal process in a way that protects as much as possible.
