Wendy Morton, Member of Parliament for Aldridge-Brownhills, recently visited the bk plus office in Aldridge to meet the team and learn more about the work we do.

During her visit, Wendy spent time speaking with colleagues across the office, gaining insight into our services, growth, and the role we play in supporting businesses locally and nationally. She was particularly interested to see that our office is made up largely of local talent, reflecting our commitment to investing in the community.

She also spoke with a number of our trainees, at various stages of their training journey; whether from school leavers or graduate; highlighting the importance of creating opportunities for young people in the area.

We spoke about the support provided to local SMEs, the challenges they face and the solutions we provide. The conversation covered the technologies we use to support our clients, as well as our continued growth. Recent and upcoming tax changes were also discussed; noting the impact these are having on both our business and our clients.

It was a pleasure to welcome Wendy to the office and share more about our journey, our people, and our plans for the future.
