We have appointed Brett Marsden as Corporate Finance Partner, strengthening our high-growth deal advisory team and expanding our presence across the North of England.
Based in Manchester, Brett will lead the development of our Northern Deal Advisory team, working closely with our established Birmingham-based team led by Tom Parry. His role will focus on supporting owner-managed and SME businesses through acquisitions, exits, funding and general strategic shareholder planning.
Brett brings over a decade of experience advising businesses across the UK. His track record includes advising on mid-market transactions across all sectors, with particular strengths across software, technology and business services. Many of these deals involved cross-border elements, private equity investment and strategic buy-and-build activity, with transaction values ranging from early-stage growth deals through to sizeable lower-mid market transactions.

Brett joins us with significant experience advising a wide range of founder-led and PE-backed businesses on transactions, growth strategy and shareholder planning. He is well known across the Northern deal community and has been recognised through multiple industry awards for his work in the lower-mid market.
